Here are some ideas to incorporate your menu on either an antique window or a chalkboard.
You could do so many things with a large basic chalkboard; paint the frame to your accent wedding color, place it on an antique easel and hot glue fabric flowers/ adornments. When you are writing out the menu draw little images to describe each course to make the menu more "readable".
If you find a large picture frame you can take out the glass and paint it with chalk board paint and/or spray paint the frame to your color accent. (make sure to go to the hardware store and spray a primer on the glass before you paint with chalkboard paint, it will save you time)
Some old windows can be found in home sales, antique shows, and even better (free)...junked on the side of the road.
The best part of this idea is that it can cut the costs of personal menu cards on each guest dinner plate.
